JARC had bought car parts to fix my car. They were really like, with 360 open arms with me; they knew the mindset I was in and what I just previously went through, which I appreciate even more because I was already a fragile person. So JARC knew that I was fragile, and they wanted to be such a support system for me, and they gave me extra cushion.

I was trying to go through everything as quickly as possible, math, OSHA, everything, so I could finally start welding. JARC is like learning how to drive. Where you come in, not knowing anything, or very little, and then you're improving on it over with the time and practicing over and over again. You have to keep practicing, until you get a grip on it

My favorite part of the program was definitely the hands-on welding experience. I enjoyed everything about it. I used to always second guess myself, but JARC gave me confidence and made me proud of what I had accomplished.
