JARC helped me gain confidence in what I do... it made me feel more confident that I’m part of a team, and that I have reliable work and I can depend on myself.

The most helpful part of the JARC program for me was the process of making a part for the NIMS certification. It was a valuable learning opportunity and a good challenge. I really appreciate the skills I gained at JARC, they’ve helped me feel more confident in the workplace. The biggest lessons I learned are the importance of being patient and not rushing things. My advice to anyone considering JARC? Do it. It’s a chance to try something new.
